Before providing a quote or making an appointment it is best to inspect the property you are planning to build on first.  Unfortunately, many customers have building sites that do not qualify for modular home construction.  We often run into delivery issues (tight turns, low water bridges), crane setup issues (site is not open enough to stage the crane, counter weight truck and both modular sections) and crane entrance issues (crane weighs 180,000 lbs. and must watch for bridge weight limits).  We are happy to review your building site with you and let you know if your building site qualifies for modular construction or at least let you know what would need to be completed at the building site to qualify for modular construction.
